ATTORNEYS

The professionals that are part of our law firm are graduates of the best universities, receiving their respective specializations in Panama and in other countries.  Their professional work is known not only at a national level, but internationally as well.  They have acted in international forums and render consulting services to international law firms and organizations.

Julio Luque G.:  A graduate of Universidad de Panama, School of Law, has among his areas of practice commercial, banking and immigration law, and provides legal assistance to international investors worldwide.  Has been President of the Colon Chamber of Commerce, and legal advisor at the Colon Free Zone, and is currently the Secretary of the Chamber of Commerce Federation, and a Congressman for the Republic of Panama.

Virna C. Luque: A graduate of Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua, School of Law, she obtained a Master in Maritime Law at that same University, and a Master in Comparative Law at the University of San Diego School of Law in California.  A member of the California Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Maritime Association of Panama, she is also a Panamanian Authorized Public Translator (English – Spanish – English).  Among her practice areas are maritime law, commercial law, electoral law, and real estate.  She is currently an Alternate Judge for the Second Court of the Electoral Jurisdiction.

Vienna Vergara:  A graduate of Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua, School of Law, this attorney specializes in Alternate Dispute Resolution, being a certified mediator for the Panama Canal.  A Human Rights activist, she provides legal assistant to local and international organizations committed to the defense and promotion of Human Rights.   Her areas of practice include labor law, immigration law, environmental law and commercial law. She was a Sectional Labor Judge, and a legal assistant to the Panamanian Parliament.

Reinmar Tejeira: A graduate of Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua, School of Law, he specializes in Administrative Procedures.  His areas of practice include labor, immigration, commerce and environmental law, as well as private and commercial banking.  A member of the Colegio Nacional de Abogados, he is a consultant in legal matters to law firms in the United States of America.
